We only collect what you choose to give us:
- Enquiry and package details — your name, mobile number, email address (optional), city or venue area, the events you want covered, their dates and any notes you write.
- Contact form messages — whatever you type in the message field.
- Technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.
We do not run online payments and we never ask for card, UPI or bank details on this website.
2. How your enquiry reaches us
This website has no database or user accounts. When you press “Send on WhatsApp”, your message is prepared in your browser and opened in WhatsApp, and it reaches us only when you send it. The details in it are then handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
3. Information saved on your device
To make the site convenient, it stores a small amount of data in your browser's local storage: your package builder progress, packages you have added to your cart, and your name, phone number and email so you don't have to retype them. This data stays on your device — we do not receive it. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data, or by using “Start over” in the package builder.
4. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and confirm availability, pricing and details.
- To plan and deliver photography and film services you have booked.
- To keep records of our work and enquiries.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

6. Photographs of clients
Photographs and films we create at your events contain personal images. How we store, share and publish them is covered in our Terms & Conditions. If you would prefer that your images are not shown in our portfolio or on social media, tell us and we will respect that.

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to serve you and to keep reasonable business records, after which they are deleted or archived securely.

9. Children
This website is meant for adults planning events. Photographs of children are taken only with the consent of a parent or guardian who has booked our services.
