THE PORTRAIT STUDIO | TPS WEDDING FILMS

To ensure a smooth and professional photography experience, please read the following terms and conditions before confirming your booking.

1. Booking & Advance Payment

• A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining payment must be cleared according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Booking confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of the required advance.

2. Package Finalization & Pricing

• Once the package is finalized and confirmed, the agreed price cannot be changed unless mutually agreed in writing.
• Any additional services or changes requested after confirmation may incur extra charges.

3. Video Editing & Album Delivery

• Final video editing will begin after the client completes photo selection, unless otherwise agreed.
• Alternatively, edited videos may be delivered after full payment, as agreed with the client.
• The wedding album will be delivered within 15 days after receiving the final photo selection, subject to production requirements.

4. Raw Data Collection

• All raw photos and videos must be collected within 30 days after the event.
• After this period, TPS Wedding Films will not be responsible for retaining or recovering the data. Please collect and back up your files promptly.

5. Travel & Accommodation

• Travel and accommodation expenses will be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• The advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation, subject to applicable law.
• Rescheduling is subject to team availability and confirmation of the revised date.
• Any additional expenses arising from rescheduling will be communicated to the client.

7. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for obtaining venue permissions and required approvals.
• The client should inform the team in advance about important moments, guests, rituals, and special requests.
• Family members and guests are expected to cooperate during photography and videography sessions.

8. Photo Selection

• The client must complete photo selection within the agreed timeline.
• Delays in photo selection may extend the final delivery timeline.

9. Special Notes

• Drone coverage is subject to weather, safety conditions, venue restrictions, and applicable regulations.
• Drone services may be unavailable where permissions or safe operating conditions cannot be ensured.

10. Creative Freedom & Revisions

• Photography, videography, editing, and album design will follow the agreed creative style of TPS Wedding Films.
• Major editing changes requested after final delivery may incur additional charges.
• Specific creative requirements should be discussed and confirmed before the event.

Using this website

Sending a package, quote request or message through this website is an enquiry only — nothing is booked or charged online. Prices shown in the package builder are estimates in Indian Rupees and are confirmed in your final quote.

Copyright and usage

• The Portrait Studio owns the copyright in all photographs and films we create.
• You receive the right to use your delivered images and films for personal, non-commercial purposes — including sharing with family and friends and posting on your own social media. Please do not remove our watermark or credit where it appears.
• Commercial use, resale, or entering the work into competitions requires our written permission.
• Unless you tell us otherwise, we may use selected images and clips from your event in our portfolio, website and social media. If you would prefer we did not, please tell us before your event or at any time afterwards.

Website content

All photographs, films, text, logos and design on this website belong to The Portrait Studio or are used with permission. Please do not copy, download for reuse, or republish them without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the services you have booked. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid to us for that booking. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, such as illness, accidents, severe weather, venue changes, power failures or government restrictions. If we are unable to attend an event for reasons within our control, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement photographer, or refund amounts paid for services not delivered.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed. The terms in your written booking confirmation apply to your booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
